1. Why is Nham24 moving into the Grab app?

As part of a strategic shift to provide enhanced and seamless services, support and user experience, Nham24 has decided to move home into the Grab app. This means the Nham24 standalone app will discontinue the services after 30 June 2025. We are working hard to ensure a smooth transfer of your Nham24 account to Grab with your consent, and to make sure you can continue to order from all the merchants you love on the Grab platform.

2. When exactly will Nham24 standalone app move into the Grab app?

The Nham24 standalone app will officially move into Grab’s superapp on 1 July 2025. We will provide additional updates as the date approaches.

3. How will this affect me as a customer?

We are working hard to ensure a smooth transfer of your Nham24 account to Grab with your consent, and to make sure you can continue to order from all the merchants you love on the Grab platform. As a valued customer, you can continue to enjoy seamless services with Grab! After the transition, you can simply use the Grab app to order food, book rides and more.

4. What happens to my account on Nham24 after June 30, 2025?

After Nham24 discontinues its services, your account won’t automatically transfer to Grab unless you provide consent or take no action by a specified date. Keep an eye out for instructions on how to link your account with Grab and enjoy great offers like exclusive promotions and unlimited free deliveries with GrabUnlimited subscription.

5. Do I need to create a new account to use Grab for food delivery or rides?

If you're transitioning from Nham24, you won’t need to create a new account unless you choose not to link your existing account. Keep an eye out for instructions on how to seamlessly link your Nham24 account with Grab and start enjoying food delivery, rides, and exclusive offers right away.

6. Will there be any disruptions to service during the transition?

We are working hard to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption. However, as the Nham24 app is phased out, we encourage you to switch to the Grab app early to continue enjoying uninterrupted service.

7. I use the Nham24 app in a city that Grab is not in. What is the plan for these cities?

You can continue to use the Nham24 app to place your delivery orders in these cities. We'll provide updates through the app if there are any developments that affect our users. For now, it's business as usual.

8. Can I still get the same food options after the Nham24 app’s services are discontinued?

Yes! Most of the restaurants and food delivery partners available on Nham24 will be integrated into Grab. You will still be able to order your favorite food through Grab’s platform, with many new options added regularly.

9. Will I be able to earn loyalty points or rewards with Grab after Nham24 app’s services are discontinued?

Yes, Grab offers loyalty programs and rewards for food deliveries and rides. You will be able to earn points and enjoy other benefits as you use the Grab app.

10. Will the prices or delivery fees change when I switch to Grab?

Prices may vary slightly on Grab depending on your location, restaurant, or delivery options. However, Grab is committed to offering competitive pricing and transparent fees.

11. Will my previous orders and delivery history be available after the transition?

After you migrate to Grab using the invitation from Nham24, you'll gain access to your saved favourite restaurants, as well as your ordered restaurants and items over time. While it may take a little while for everything to sync up, rest assured that you'll be able to see all your favorites eventually!

12. How do I ensure a smooth transition to Grab?

For existing Grab users - no further action needed from your side, please proceed to place orders on your favourite merchant via Grab App. For new users, we recommend downloading the Grab app and creating your account as soon as possible to familiarize yourself with its features. You can also explore Grab’s services, like food delivery and ride-hailing, to enjoy a seamless experience.

13. What will happen to my Nham24 wallet balance?

Rest assured that your wallet balance is safe. However, we encourage you to use your Nham24 wallet balance or request a withdrawal before June 30, 2025, as we will be ceasing wallet transactions after this date. You can easily withdraw your balance to your ABA account directly through the Nham24 app.

14. I have an ABA account, can I request a wallet balance withdrawal right away?

Yes, absolutely! If you have an ABA account, you can request a wallet withdrawal anytime before June 30, 2025, directly through the app. Just go to “Wallet” > “Request Withdrawal” and follow the steps. Your balance will be transferred to your ABA account instantly.

15. What if I don’t have an ABA account?

If you use a different local bank, kindly contact our customer support team at 011/015 642624 or 066 911911 so we can assist you to process your wallet withdrawal.

If you’ve only used credit or debit cards, don’t worry, we’ll automatically refund your wallet balance back to your most recently used card after June 30, 2025.

16. What will happen to my current listing on Nham24 Buy & Sell?

All active listings will remain visible until June 30, 2025. After this date, you will no longer be able to post new listings, and all existing listings will be removed from the platform.

17. What about Nham24 Travel Bus and Ferry Bookings?

We are also discontinuing our Travel bus and ferry booking service. Please note of the following important dates:

Last departure date: June 21, 2025
