Our services are running per normal and you can continue to use the Nham24 app to place your delivery orders. We also encourage you to download and start using the Grab app to get access to a wider range of services and merchants.
2. What happens to my order history and account information in the Nham24 app?
You can still view your order history in the Nham24 app.
3. Will I be able to find the same selection of restaurants on GrabFood?
Many of your favorite restaurants are also available on Grab today. For Nham24 merchants that are not yet available on Grab, we are working with the Grab team to onboard them as soon as possible.
4. I’m not yet a Grab user. How do I start to use the Grab app?
You may download the Grab app from Google Play or App store https://go.onelink.me/C81D/99759bbc and register your account to immediately start booking rides or ordering deliveries.
5. Are you going to share my data with Grab? Can I choose for you not to do that?
We are committed to upholding data privacy and will only share your data with Grab with your consent.
6. I am a Nham24 Fresh and Groceries user which is not available on Grab yet. When will it be available on Grab?
As a valued Nham24 Fresh and Groceries user, we understand your concern about its availability on Grab. We want to assure you that we are working with Grab to onboard all your favorite stores to the Grab platform. In the meantime, you can continue to use the Nham24 Fresh and Groceries service per normal.
7. I use the Nham24 app in a city that Grab is not in. What is the plan for these cities?
You can continue to use the Nham24 app to place your delivery orders in these cities. We'll provide updates through the app if there are any developments that affect our users. For now, it's business as usual.
8. What will happen to my points on the Nham24 app?
We'll have a campaign to help you make the most of your points! We will keep you updated through the Nham24 app and our social media channels.
