Our services are running per normal and you can continue to receive orders through the Nham24 partner app. We also encourage our merchant partners to start signing up with Grab to access a wider customer base.

3. How soon after signing up with Grab will I be able to start receiving orders from Grab consumers?
You can earn immediately upon completion of merchant sign up. While the Grab team is building a customized onboarding process and also putting in place dedicated support teams, it may take a slightly longer time as a larger than normal number of new registrations are expected during this time.
4. Will my restaurant be automatically onboarded as a Grab merchant?
No, but we are working closely with Grab to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for you. Please look out for further updates in your registered email inbox and through in-app notifications.
5. Wilhere be any training sessions or resources available to assist us if we have questions when we’re new to Grab?
