You can continue using the gear while driving for Nham2If and when you choose to transition to the Grab platform, you can exchange your gear for free during the onboarding process.

4. When will I be able to start earning after signing up as a Grab delivery partner?
You can earn immediately upon completing the delivery partner sign up process.

Yes, once you’re onboarded, your rider account information will be transferred to Grab and your rider loyalty tier will be matched to Grab’s tiering system, so you can enjoy relevant tier benefits instead of starting from scratch.

9. How do Grab driver benefits work?
Grab driver benefits is the program rewarded to drivers based on their performance in each tier (Emerald, Diamond and Gold) and also giving the drivers the chance to enjoy the benefit offers funded by Grab partners. The Grab benefits are refreshed every month according to standard criteria.
