What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to improve customer service, to process transactions and to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site features. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased item or service requested.

 

What personal and sensitive data do we collect during our service?

We collect drivers’ and delivery persons’ precise or approximate location data, including to enable rides and deliveries, to enable ride/delivery tracking and safety features, to prevent and detect fraud, and to satisfy legal requirements. Nham24 collects this data when the Nham24 app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.

We also include third-party Google, in connection with the use of Google Maps in Nham24 Driver’s apps (see Google’s privacy policy for information on their collection and use of data)

 

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Our site is hosted on a secure HTTPS with an SSL certificate for data encryption.

 

Do we use cookies?

Yes, Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enable the sites or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and keep track of advertisements. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Third-party links Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. All users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their accounts. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

 

Your data deletion request

You may ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data by emailing info@nham24.com and providing us your account ID to remove it.
